This is a Kirkland Metal Roof Project where we installed a 26-gauge Standing Seam metal roof by NuRay Metals. We used a 80 mil. PVC membrane in the built-in gutters and converted the drains to 4-in using new stainless steel scuppers and new 3x4 downspouts. Because this was a low slope roof system we used  NuRay's Series 2000 mechanically seamed roof panels. We also rebuilt the chimney using new brick and poured a 5-in thick concrete chimney crown with rebar reinforcement along with a new stainless steel rain cap.
