This is another Kirkland IB PVC Roof project where we removed a composition shingle roof that was failing prematurely. We took the opportunity to upgrade the insulation over the cathedral ceiling areas while the roof was off using Roxul insulation. We installed a 50 mil. PVC membrane by IB Roof Systems (shown in brown). Finally, we rebuilt the chimney from the roof line up to ensure a complete water tight roof system.
