Pinnacle Roofing Professionals completed a comprehensive energy solution for this home in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. The project included the installation of an Enphase Energy Storage System comprising four IQ Battery 10 units, providing a total usable energy capacity of 40.32 kWh. This setup ensures that the home remains powered during grid outages and allows for the use of stored energy during evening hours when solar production is not available.
Complementing the storage system, we installed an 8.8 kW solar array featuring Solaria PowerXT 400R-PM modules. These high-efficiency, all-black panels offer over 20% efficiency, optimizing energy production while enhancing the home's aesthetic appeal.
Prior to the solar installation, we replaced the existing torchdown roof with a new 80-mil PVC membrane from IB Roof Systems, ensuring long-term durability and weather resistance.
