Edmonds Solar + Roof Project
In this Edmonds, WA solar project, our customer chose Pinnacle Roofing Professionals to replace their existing torchdown roof with a new 60-mil PVC roof from IB Roof Systems. After installing the new roof, we added a solar system that qualified for the $0.54 per kilowatt incentive (now expired) by using Washington-made products. Roof Replacement Before Solar
We first removed the existing torchdown roof and installed a new 60-mil IB Roof Systems PVC membrane. This created a clean, durable, and warrantied foundation for the solar array — an important step because the roof and solar are integrated under one umbrella warranty.

- Quick Mount stand-offs with Iron Ridge rails: Secure, flashed mounting system over the IB PVC roof.
- IB Roof Systems 60-mil PVC membrane: New low-slope roof installed before the solar array.
