Seattle PVC Roof Project. Here we removed an old PVC roof installed by another contractor that was failing miserably. The membrane was in good shape however the previous installers workmanship was lacking any true flat roof experience. The chimney in the photo had to be rebuilt as well. The previous roofers wrapped the old chimney with PVC instead of repairing. More telling,  they installed over an old hot tar roof and didn’t incorporate any ventilation whatsoever.
