BeforeKenmore Metal Roofing Project
Pinnacle Roofing Professionals completed this Kenmore, Washington metal roofing project by removing an old torchdown roof system and installing a new 24-gauge standing seam metal roof by Nu-Ray Metals. The scope also included gutter conversion, cathedral ceiling insulation, and chimney repairs.
Project Scope
- Roof replacement: Removed the old torchdown roof and installed Nu-Ray Series 2000 24-gauge standing seam metal panels in Matte Black.
- Gutter conversion: Removed the old built-in gutter system and converted to a traditional gutter system for improved drainage.
- Insulation upgrade: Created a non-vented roof system over the cathedral portion by sealing vents and blowing in BIBS insulation.
- Chimney work: Installed new chimney counter flashing, poured a new concrete chimney crown, and installed new stainless steel chimney rain caps.
