Pinnacle Roofing Professionals completed this Kirkland, Washington metal roof project with a 26-gauge Nu-Ray Series 2000 mechanically seamed standing seam metal roof. The project included lining built-in gutters with an 80-mil PVC membrane, converting drains to 4-inch with new stainless steel scuppers and 3×4 downspouts, and rebuilding the chimney with new brick, a 5-inch rebar-reinforced concrete crown, and a new stainless steel rain cap.
