Lynnwood Commercial IB PVC Roof Project
Pinnacle Roofing Professionals completed this Lynnwood, Washington commercial IB PVC roof project at our own headquarters. We installed a new 80-mil IB Roof Systems PVC membrane, added CrystaLite skylights on newly framed sloped curbs to improve drainage, installed a powered attic fan with humidistat, and added a 4kW solar system to offset the building’s energy consumption.

- 80-mil IB PVC membrane: A heavy-duty, reflective single-ply membrane designed for long-term commercial flat roof performance.
- Sloped curb skylights: CrystaLite skylights installed on framed curbs that shed water rather than ponding on flat surfaces.
- Attic ventilation: A powered attic fan with humidistat helps control moisture and temperature in the roof assembly.
- Solar offset: A 4kW solar array was added to reduce grid electricity usage.
